Add another vote for the M-Audio MicroTrack 24/96. It's a little on the expensive side, doesn't have built-in microphones, and records onto compact flash instead of SD, but as an avid user of DAT recorders of years past, this is the only device I would consider purchasing to replace my trusty old Sony PCM-M1.
