Yeah one of the missing costs is the $150 of gyroscopes needed to operate it, not to mention the motors, the ESCs, and the radio.Optionally, it needs a 3-axis accelerometer, a digital compass and a gps, which adds up to $$$.Not that this isn't cool, but I thought I'd point out the added costs to those interested in building this.
You can save a bit on the sensors if you use (a) stationary camera(s). Or perhaps we can arrange a quantum-discount?
