Daft punk samples music from other artists... if u listen to both songs completely. You will realize they are in fact completely different. Daft punk is and always was about sampling other music and bringing it to life. They give credits to the artists in all of their albums.
Daft punk and apple are certainly NOT alike.

Pretty sure that Daft Punk Sited all of the people that they took samples from on their CD, Apple didn't. Thats why they are getting sued.
